Mitigating Conflict: Capture and Resolution of Wild Dog Incidents

MWA veterinarians responded promptly to incidents of conflict involving African Wild Dogs in the Matutuíne district.


Two feral dogs involved in conflicts were captured and relocated to a temporary facility, prioritizing the safety of both the animals and the local community.


These interventions contribute to reducing conflicts and promoting coexistence between wildlife and human populations in the area.
